Almost a year to the date since we were able to break the news that Ugo Colombo was planning to build Four Seasons Private Residences in Coconut Grove, we are deep into anticipation for the project and every detail.
Previously, we have gone into detail about the different layouts and floor plans, which views and sizes are available to choose from, and now we are able to obsess over the inspired interior design that Italian designer Michele Bönan has prepared for the boutique project.
The homes at Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove are designed to offer a luxurious yet intimate living experience, with extensive amenities. Drawing his inspiration from the verdant tropics, the ocean and the charm of Miami, expect a cohesive indoor/outdoor living experience.
“The essence of Coconut Grove and the cultural significance of the location’s past, including the gorgeous climate, spectacular views and exceptional quality of life, guided each step of the design process,” Michele Bönan shared via a release. “Whether through design elements influenced by the rhythm of the ocean or the patterns created in the sand, we maintained fluidity between the surroudings and the interiors to allow residents to relax and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the space.”
Carrying the sense of enduring sophistication throughout the project, Bönan has planned 11-foot interior ceilings throughout to compliment the spacious and open floor plans. The kitchens will be outfitted with contemporary yet timeless European touches and a top-of-the-line Miele appliance suite. In the bathrooms, offer cabinetry and paneling by Noorth with Margraf marble finishes.
Amenities are set to include a restaurant, library, wellness center with a state of the art fitness studio, yoga studio, spa with cold plunge and hammam. Children will enjoy the play room and private event room and there will be an expansive pool deck and private bar that is serviced by Four Seasons.
While Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove does offer the services of the Four Seasons Hotel, there is no hotel component onsite. The amenity areas are exclusive to the residents and guests of the 70 homes that are to be constructed.
